Time Allocation:
- Each presenter is allotted a 12-minute time slot, including time for questions and discussions. We suggest that your presentation should not exceed 7 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for Q&A.
- For efficiency and time management, only one presenter is allowed per paper.
Presentation Templates:
- General format: widescreen (16:9), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF
- Design tips:
- Use consistent colors (align with the conference theme if possible) and high-resolution images and graphs.
- Limit text – use bullet points, not long paragraphs.
- Avoid clutter – 1 idea per slide is recommended.
Content Guidelines:
- Ensure your presentation accurately reflects the content of your paper.
- Highlight the key objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of your research.
- Keep the presentation clear and concise
- Use visual aids (such as graphs, charts, images) to enhance understanding and engagement, where appropriate.
- Don’t forget to acknowledge any co-authors or contributors to your work.
For Online Presenter:
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for your presentation.
- Turn on your camera throughout the presentation.
- Please use the official ICSGS virtual background during your session.
- Use a headset or microphone for clearer audio.
- Participants are required to stay in their assigned virtual room until all presentations are completed. A group photo session will be held at the end of each session.
- Kindly note that all presentations will be recorded by the organizing committee.
For Onsite Presenter:
- Be prepared in the presenting room 15 minutes before your session starts for final setup and technical check.
- It is recommended to bring a few hard copies of your presentation to distribute to interested audience members, as this can facilitate deeper engagement and post-presentation discussion.
